经济强国的重要标志是领导世界价格制定和能"获得决定在某块土地上立足并有所投进和有所汲取的权力",核心要素是国家财富创造能力,决定因素是人口、国土面积、净出口及GDP,利用这些因素的面板数据进行实证分析,筛选出当代世界经济强国。得出当代世界的经济强国是美国、中国、日本、印度和欧盟,而俄罗斯、英国、加拿大、巴西、埃及等国也应属次经济强国。以经济强国的人均货币发行量为基础,构建以人口为本位的国际货币体系。

Leading the world setting price and ＂attain the determination on settlement on the land as well as the power＂ are vital symbols of economic power. The essential factor is the national wealth creating ability, and the determinative factor are population, size of nation, net export and GDP, go through an empirical analysis with these factors＇ data, and we can screen economic power in the modern world. The conclusion we get is： economic powers in the modern world are America, China, Japan, India and Europe, in another way, the secondary economic pow- ers are Russia, England, Canada, Brazil, Egypt and so on. Use per capita currency of economic power as a basis to establish an international currency system whose standard is the population.
