新型城镇化建设的核心价值在于"以人为本",但是在新型城镇化建设进程中,由于"民本理念"的缺失,导致"伪城市化"问题、人居环境恶化问题、文化素养滞后问题等。儒家传统的人本思想强调人的价值,其内在的精神内涵与思维模式对于我国新型城镇化建设有着不可忽视的指导意义。新型城镇化建设核心价值的实现要通过理念的转变,由追求政绩第一到以民为本;实现环境的优化,由追求经济数量到环境质量;实现价值追求的转变,由重视身份到素养提升。

The core values of the new urbanization construction lies in the ＂ people-oriented＂,but due to the lack of the concept of ＂people-oriented＂,it lead to ＂ pseudo urbanization＂,living environment deterioration,literacy lag issues and so on in the process of urbanization.Confucian humanistic thought emphasizes person＇s value,its inherent spirit and thinking model has the guiding significance to new typed urbanization in China.The core value of new urbanization construction can be realized by shifting thinking mode from pursuing achievements first to the people-based;optimizing the environment,from the pursuit of economic quantity to environmental quality,from attaching great importance to the identity to quality ascension.
