This paper introduces the current research status,related concepts and related theory of city new citizens＇ guarantee mechanism,social status,social interaction,the social public service system and life situation in China.It puts forward some system guarantee solutions to existing problems including household security,economic security,rights and interests protection,system security,cultural security,etc.It also visions the further development.
