摘要
介绍了德国化工园区安全技术与管理现状,结合国内化工园区安全管理方面存在的法律法规不完善、缺乏相应应急预案及政府对化工园区的安全监管不足等问题,提出了相关的改进措施。
This paper introduces the current status of safety technology and management in German Chemical Industry Park, and connecting with some problems existing in the safety management of domestic chemical industry parks such as the imperfection of laws and regulations, the lack of corresponding contingency plans, and the ineffectiveness of government’s supervision, etc., and puts forward some relevant improving measures.
