摘要
结合高速铁路电气化施工技术要求,介绍了恒张力放线车结构组成、放线流程、安全保证措施,满足高速铁路电气化施工要求。
Connecting with the technical requirements for high-speed railway＇ s electrification construction, this paper introduces the structural composition, stringing process and safety-ensuring measures of constant tension wire-harrow for meeting the requirements for high-speed railway＇ s electrification construction.
