深圳高等教育对国家创新型城市建设的支持思考

Thinking of SZ high education's support on China innovation urban construction

高等教育对增强城市竞争力,影响经济转型,推动科技发展,提供人才支持,提升文化品位及在国家创新型城市建设中起着举足轻重的作用。然而,目前深圳的高等教育与深圳发展不相适应,与创新型城市的目标要求不相一致。提高深圳高等教育水平,决定着深圳国家创新型城市建设进程,也是创新型城市建设成功与否的一个重要条件。笔者通过分析深圳目前高等教育现状,提出一些建议,希望能给政府和有关决策,研究部门一些启示。

Higher education plays a pivotal role in enhancing city competitiveness, upgrading the economic transition and optimization of the industry structure, promoting s＆t development, providing talent support, and enhancing cultural quality. However, the current development of Shenzhen higher education is incompatible with Shenzhen＇s economy and is inconsistent with the objectives and requirements for an innovation-oriented city. Raising the level of higher education in Shenzhen, determines the process of building Shenzhen as a national innovatively city. It is also an important condition of success of the innovative city construction. This study poses some corresponding suggestions for the development and the enhancement of Shenzhen higher education according to the requirements of building a national innovative city. This study aims at issuing some useful ideas to policy-maker.
