近些年来,随着大环境下的经济发展整体趋缓,银行银根紧缩造成民间借贷市场日趋活跃,并且有不断蔓延之势。虽然民间资本可为民营企业纾解一些资金贷款方面的困难,但民间借贷的各种衍生问题也不少。温州是个民间借贷非常活跃的城市。借助该市的民间资本融资现状和金融试点改革,探讨民间资本融资合法化对我国金融试点改革的重要性。

With the slowing down of the macro economic situation in recent years, the tightened lending from the national banks makes the private sectors more active in lending system which may facilitate some financial problems caused by MSE. Take Wenzhou City as an example, the private economic system in lending is likely to provide a pilot program in China＇s financial reform.
