科技人员信用评价指标体系的构建研究

Research of science and technology talent credit evaluation index system's construction

科技信用评价体系对科技资源的配置具有重要的作用。在对以往文献进行回顾的基础上,本研究构建了科技人员的信用评价指标体系;进而采用探索性因子分析、信度分析等方法对指标体系进行实证研究;最后,对本研究的结果进行了归纳,以及指出了未来需要进一步丰富和完善的地方。

Technology Credit Evaluation System plays an important role in the configuration of technology resources. Based on the previous literature review, this paper constructs the technology evaluation index system of credit. Then, using exploratory factor anal- ysis and reliability analysis, this paper takes an empirical research on the index system. Finally, the results of this study are summarized, and the places that further study should enrich and improve are pointed out.
