应用层次分析法评估量化《护理人文关怀教育课堂教学质量评价表》 被引量:1

Quantitative assessment of Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation Form on Nursing Humanistic Care based on analytic hierarchy process

摘要 【目的】确定护理人文关怀教育课堂教学质量的各级评价指标权重,量化"护理人文关怀教育课堂教学质量评价表"(下称评价表)。【方法】采用Delphi法对15位专家就评价指标重要程度进行咨询,利用层次分析法构造判断矩阵,计算指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。根据"指标量值(满分值)=指标组合权重×100",计算各指标量值。【结果】评价表五项一级指标权重分别为0.201、0.201、0.236、0.158、0.204。二级指标组合权重均≥0.02,各级指标的一致性比率(CR)均小于0.10。【结论】评价表各指标权重合理,使用简便,可用于教师自评、教师互评、领导或专家评价教师在护理专业课程的教学中融入人文关怀教育的课堂教学质量。 【Objective】To set up index weight for classroom leaching quality evaluation indicator on nursing humanistic care so as to quantify Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation Form on Nursing Humanistic Care(evaluation form).【Methods】 To consult 15 specialists about the index importance based on Delphi method.The judgment matrix was established by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) so as to calculate the weight of each indicator and check the logical consistency.According to the “index value(perfect score value) = index combination weight × 100”,to calculate the index value.【Results】 The weight of five first-level indicators were respectively 0.201 、0.201 、0.236、0.158 、0.204.The combination weight of the second-level index was more than 0.02,and CR was less than 0.10.【Conclusion】The weight of each index was reasonable,so teachers could make self-assessment and mutual evaluation,and leaders or experts could conduct the evaluation on nursing teachers about their penetration of nursing humanistic care in their classroom teaching by the evaluation form.
