摘要 从剖析铝电解槽上部集气结构密封系统现状及缺陷入手,分析改进密封保温措施在铝电解槽热平衡控制和降低物料消耗中的重要作用。结合电解槽生产管理实践,研究改进上部集气结构密封的方法、措施,通过密封保温措施的改善,某铝电解企业电解槽热稳定性明显增强,经济技术指标得到了明显优化,对企业节能降耗摆脱困境发挥了重要作用。 By analyzing the situation and defects of seal system in the pot upper gas collecting structure, the importance of improvement measures for sealed heat insulation for controlling thermal balance and reducing the material consumption are expounded in this paper. Combining with production management practice, improvement methods and measures of sealed heat insulation are researched. After improvement measures of sealed heat insulation, the thermal stability of pots in the smelter are obviously enhanced, and the economic and technical targets of pots are obviously optimized, which can play an important role in saving energy and reducing consumption for the smelter.
