电解铝阳极钢爪修复新技术的应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 目前电解铝企业使用的阳极钢爪经过多次循环使用后,钢爪出现冲蚀、磨损,钢爪直径逐渐变细,从而导致铁-碳压降增加,增加了电解槽脱极风险,同时也增加了磷生铁消耗。现通过采用电解铝阳极钢爪修复设备对其进行全截面熔焊修复,替代人工电焊修复,可以使修复后的阳极钢爪达到新铸造钢爪的使用效果,修复效率高,质量好,满足电解生产要求。 Anode stubs used for aluminum reduction are washed out and abraded after many duty - cycle operations, which leads to the reduction of stub diameter. The diameter reduction lowers the efficiency of the aluminum reduction, leads to the increase of the voltage drop between the steel and carbon and adds the risk to the anode dropping. In the meantime the consumption of cast iron is higher. This paper introduces a new technology to repair the anode stubs, which can repair anode stubs by all cross section fusion welding instead of manual electric welding. By this new method, the repaired stubs are as good as new stubs. The repairing efficiency is higher and the repairing quality is much better than manual electric welding. The production requirement of the aluminum reduction can be fully met.
