摘要
粗四氯化钛精制除钒过程中,产生工业废渣铝钒渣,其主要成分为钒、钛、铝、铁等氯氧化物和氯化物,污染环境,而且铝钒渣成分复杂,难以回收利用。研究用石灰处理铝钒渣的方法,生成不溶于水的氧化物和CaCl2,消除了铝钒渣的毒性,解决了环境污染问题。
During removing vanadium in refining crude titanium tetrachloride, the aluminum vanadium slag with vanadium, titanium, aluminum ,iron, chloride oxide and chloride is produced, which pollutes environment and is difficult to recycle. In this paper, the method of treatment the aluminum vanadium slag is researched to eliminate the toxicity of aluminum vanadium slag and solve the problem of the pollution of the environment, which uses the lime to generate oxides and CaCl2 insoluble in water.
