摘要 设计一种新型多极子阵列声波测井仪,该仪器是当前油田现场测井服务中的重要装备.仪器的整体结构由上电子短节、声系和下电子短节等3个相对独立的部分组成,声系由发射声系、隔声体和接收声系组成.发射声系包括单极换能器、交叉偶极换能器和四极换能器,阵列化的接收声系包括8组频率为0.5-30kHz宽带接收换能器组,共32个接收换能器单元.主测控电子线路短节包括以DSP为核心的控制电路、数据采集电路、前置接收电路及井下低压供电电路等几部分.由发射逻辑控制器、供电电路、高压储能电路、驱动电路、高压激励电路和脉冲变压器构成高压脉冲激励源.通过分析测井资料实例,说明仪器测量的正确性;并表明了仪器具有好的一致性和重复性. A new type multi-pole array acoustic logging tool (MPAL) is introduced, which is important equip-ment in oil field service. Total structure of the tool is composed of 3 separate sections of upper electronic cartridge,sonic system and lower electronic cartridge. Sonic system includes transmitter mandrel, isolator and receiver man-drel. Transmitter mandrel consists of monopole transducer, 2 cross dipole transducers and quadruple transducer.Receiver mandrel is transducer arrays, which include 8 sets of receiving transducers with the frequency range of0. 5 -30 kHz, total 32 transducer units. System control electronics, acquisition electronics, receiver electronics,downhole power electronics and etc. are all necessary parts of main control electronics. Digital signal processor(DSP) is core controller and processor of the tool. High voltage firing source is completed by power supply circuit,tank circuit, driving circuit, high voltage firing circuit, firing controller and pulse transformers. Analyzing loggingmaterials, correctness of the tool is illuminated, and performances of coherence and repetition are all proved.
