异型石材可重构数控加工中心设计与分析

摘要 目的设计一种可重构的数控加工中心,以满足石材加工企业多元化的需求,使其达到"一机多用",并能快速、经济地响应订单的变化,达到全生命周期的可重构.方法在已有研究成果"异型石材车铣加工中心(HTM502000)"的基础上,应用创成式设计理论,结合异型石材制品根据加工工艺的分类,通过分析机床的运动轴需求,进行异型石材可重构制造系统的结构设计,并借助Solidworks simulation对整机进行了双组态下的动力学分析.结果加工中心通过横梁的两次转位,可实现立、卧双组态加工,满足异型石材制品的多样化加工需求.满足加工中心全生命周期的可重构加工.结论对整机进行双组态动力学分析表明,加工中心在两种组态下均具有良好的动力学特性.横梁的中间与立柱的上端刚度较差,可以通过适当加强厚度或改变中间结构来提高结构刚度. The aim of this study is to design a reconfigurable CNC machining center for meeting the demand of special shaped stone products processing. Based on the developed machining center HTM50200 for special shaped stone, using a new reconfigurable design method, through analyzing motion axis needs and taking the processing of special shaped stone in to account, a reconfigurable manufacturing system for special shaped stone was designed. The dynamics analysis for the ma- chine under the dual configuration was also carried out using the software Solidworks Simulation. It is found that the machining center can realize horizontal and vertical configuration processing by rotating the cross beam, which can meet the demand of the diversity of products. Dynamic analysis indicates that the machine has relative good dynamic characteristics, but the stiffness at the middleplace of cross beam is not enough, which can be improved by increasing the thickness or changing the structure.
