摘要
先从中国木薯的生产、加工两个方面介绍了当前中国木薯产业的发展现状,并对其发展特点和制约因素进行了具体阐述。在此基础上,总结出中国木薯产业发展的4种模式,最后对中国木薯产业的健康发展提出相关的对策建议。
This paper introduced the development status of China＇s cassava production and processing, and elaborated their development characters and restraining factors. Based on this, four modes of China＇s cassava industry were summarized and relevant strategies were proposed to make China＇s cassava industry develop well.
