摘要
构建监测预警体系,做好农产品市场监测预警工作,是政府调控市场的有效手段。以玉米为例,从机构设置、工作机制、人才遴选方式以及保障措施4个方面,对构建中国农产品市场监测预警体系进行了思考。
Constructing the monitoring and early warning systems, doing the work well of agricultural market monitoring and early warning, are effective means for government to control the market. This paper took maize for an example, carried out the research on exploring the construction of China agricultural market monitoring and early warning system from institutional settings, working mechanism, talent selection methods and security measures.
