Advancing Fiscal and Tax System Reforms On June 30, a plan for reforming China＇s fiscal and tax systems was reviewed and adopted by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Its priorities include improving management and supervision of government budgets, deepening tax system reform, and adjusting fiscal relations between central and local governments to make their power commensurate with spending responsibilities.
