光泵腔式远红外激光器的工作参数研究 被引量:2

摘要 在研究光泵腔式NH3 分子远红外激光频谱特性的基础上 ,应用量子系统的密度矩阵理论 ,采用迭代法和增益迭加原理计算了以TEACO2 - 10R(8)泵浦的NH3 分子腔式远红外激光器的最佳工作参数。提供了光泵腔式NH3 分子远红外激光器 (腔式NH3 -OPFIRL) Study on the foundation of spectrum characteristic of optically pumped cavity NH 3 far-infrared laser, based on the density matrix theory of quantum system, by means of iteration method and gain superposition principle, the operating parameter optimization of cavity NH 3 far-infrared laser pumped by TEA CO 2-10R(8) were calculated. The theoretical curves of some operating parameter were obtained.
