摘要
文中介绍了聚四氟乙烯 /镁红外诱饵剂的配比对燃烧速度、辐射强度和质量辐射能量的影响。经过试验发现 :当镁与聚四氟乙烯的配比为 5 0∶5 0时 ,中、远红外的辐射强度最大 ;随着镁含量的增加 ,燃烧速度迅速增加。通过分析确定了导温系数是影响燃烧速度的主要因素 。
The influence of ratio of infrared composition, PTFE/Mg, on the combustion speed, emission intensity and quality emission energy is introduced in the paper. It is found by the experiments that the mid-infrared and far-infrared emission intensity is the largest when the ratio of magnesium and PTFE is 50∶50. The combustion speed is enhanced rapidly along with the increase of magnesium. The thermal diffusion constant is the important factor that affects combustion speed, and carbon is the primary substance that affects infrared emission intensity.
