捻度变频花式丝及其织物开发探讨

Discussion of Twist Frequency Fancy Yarn and its Fabric Development

花式丝利用普通倍捻机,通过合理的选材、独立控制络丝张力,改变倍捻机的加捻频率,使花式丝不同的波段出现的捻度不同,并与其他常规涤纶长丝组合作为织物原料,利用组织结构、经纬排列巧妙的搭配和合理的上机工艺,使织物配色模纹花纹突出饱满,富有立体感,视觉效果丰富,富有时尚性。

By using ordinary twisting machine, selecting proper materials, independently controlling the winding tension, and changing the twist frequency of the machine, different twists appear in different bands of the fancy yam. When the fancy yam is combined with other conventional polyester filaments as raw materials for the fabrics, based on the smart collocation of organizational structure and warp/weft arrangement with rea- sonable machine process, the fabric color mold and pattern are prominent and full of 3D sense, rich visual effect and fashionable sense.
