摘要 随着对纺织品生态要求的提高,越来越多的有害化学品被列上禁用名单,我们要研究探索新的纺织品加工方法,特别是在印染后整理中,采用物理方法如等离子体处理、超声波、微波等新技术,对纺织品表面进行性能的改变,如改善纤维的吸水性、加快染色的上染速度、降低对染色的温度要求等,使纺织品的加工过程更加节能低碳,使纺织更加生态环保,加工过程更加节能、减排。 With the increasing ecological requirements of textiles, more and more harmful chemicals have been listed on the disabled list. We need to study and explore new textile processing methods, especially in dyeing and finishing. The use of physical methods such asplasma treatment, ultrasonic, microwave and other new technologies can change the surface properties of textiles, such as the improvement of fiber hygroscopicity, the acceleration of the dyeing rate and the reduction of requirements for dyeing temperature, which makes the textile processing more energy-efficient and more eco-friendly.
