随着全球价值链的结构不断完善,地方经济两极分化愈演愈烈,国际贸易被视为产业集群之间的竞争,部分国家和地区面临被边缘化的危险,或者正被经济全球化无情地冲击。在全球价值链时代,浙江纺织服装产业集群融入全球价值链的分工体系,实现集群的升级换代是避免在全球价值链下被边缘化和冲击的前提条件。

With the continuous improvement of the structure of global value chain, local economicpolarization is becoming increasingly intensified. The international trade is considered as thecompetition among industrial clusters, and some countries and regions are facing the danger ofbeingmarginalized or they are being ruthlessly impacted by economic globalization. In the era of global valuechain, to integrate the textile and garment industry cluster in Zhej iang into the labor division system ofthe chain and to realize the cluster upgrading are the pre- condition to escape being marginalized andbeing impacted in the global value chain.
