摘要
将240只1日龄四点花肉鸭随机分为4组,在各组日粮中分别添加0.0%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的谷氨酰胺(Gln),21、42日龄时测定每组的日增重、耗料量和料肉比,并从每个重复选取2只肉鸭屠宰测定免疫器官重,探讨了日粮中添加Gln对肉鸭生长性能和免疫器官指数的影响。结果表明:日粮添加Gln对肉鸭的日增重和料肉比有显著的影响(P<0.05),0.6%水平组日增重最大,0.8%水平组料肉比最小;对于21日龄肉鸭,日粮添加Gln显著促进了胸腺和法氏囊的发育(P<0.05),0.6%水平组效果最好;对于42日龄肉鸭,日粮添加Gln能显著促进免疫器官的的发育(P<0.05),0.6%水平组效果最好。因此,在肉鸭日粮中添加0.4%~0.8%的Gln对肉鸭的生长性能和免疫器官具有一定的促进作用,且0.6%的添加水平效果最好。
240 hatchling broiler ducks were randomly assigned to 4treatment groups,and fed diets supplemented with 0.0%,0.4%,0.6%and 0.8%glutamine(Gln)respectively.On day 21 and 42,weight gain,feed intake,and feed gain ratio of ducks from each group were measured,and 2ducks,selected randomly from each replicate,were killed for thymus,spleen,bursa weights.The effects of dietary supplemental Gln on performance and immune organ index of broiler ducks was explored.The result showed that the significant effect of Gln level on average daily gain and feed/gain was observed(P<0.05).The group with 0.6% Gln was biggest average daily gain(ADG),and the group with0.8% Gln was lowest feed/gain.For the 21-day-old ducks,diet supplemental Gln significantly promoted the development of the thymus and bursa(P<0.05),and the 0.6%Gln is the best.For the 42-day-old ducks,diet supplemental Gln significantly promoted the development of the immune organ(P<0.05),and the 0.6% Gln is the best.Therefore,diet supplementation with 0.4%~0.8% Gln has a promoting role in growth performance and immune organ,and 0.6% Gln is the best.
