十堰市城区2009-2013年家蝇抗药性监测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的掌握十堰市城区家蝇对不同杀虫剂的抗药性状况及其变化,选用比较敏感的杀虫剂减少对环境的污染,同时为正确使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法用乙醚麻醉后,采用微量点滴器点滴1ul杀虫剂于试虫(18~20mg雌蝇)中胸背板上,每组试虫30只,每种杀虫剂不少于6个浓度,设丙酮为对照组,24h后观察死亡情况。结果共测定18种杀虫剂,家蝇对菊酯类杀虫剂最敏感,溴氰菊酯LD50为0.0116ug/雌蝇(2011年);滴滴涕停用多年,家蝇已处于较敏感状态;混配药物敌+氯、敌+嗅敏感性较高;家蝇对有机磷杀虫剂已产生了抗药性,双硫磷LD50为3.9506ug/雌蝇(2013年)。结论对蝇类防制应采取综合性防制措施,以环境治理为主,合理使用杀虫剂,使用敏感性混配药物,杀虫剂交替使用,从而减缓蝇类抗药性的产生和发展。 Objective To master housefly resistance status to various pesticides and changes in Shiyan city area, choose more sensitive pesticides to reduce environmental pollution , and provide scientific basis for the proper use of pesticides. Methods After ether anesthesia , the use of micro - dropper drip luL pesticides in insects ( 18 - 20rag female flies ) in the chest and back plates , each test insects 30 , no less than 6 concentrations of each pesticide , located acetone as the control group , mortality was observed after 24 hours. Results Deter- minate 18 kinds of pesticides, houseflies most sensitive to pyrethroid insecticides , deltamethrin LDs0 was 0. 0116 mg/ female flies ( 2011 ) ; DDT was out of service for many years, housefly has been in sensitive state ; the sensitivity of compounding medicines like enemy + chlorine , enemy + olfactory were higher ; houseflies to organophosphate pesticides has generated resistance , temephos LDso was 3.9506 mg / female flies ( 2013 ) . Conclusions Comprehensive control measures should be taken to control flies, mainly focused on environmental governance, to use pesticides rationally and mixed sensitive drugs and pesticides inter- changeably, therefore to slow down the emergence and development of flies resistance.
