干法堆存固结赤泥的现场浸泡试验研究

摘要 对中铝贵州分公司3号赤泥库北坡3个试验堆场的3种类型已固结干法堆存赤泥进行现场浸泡试验研究,取样测定浸泡前、后赤泥的抗剪强度指标、含水量、密度、饱和度、渗透系数等主要物理力学参数,分析了水浸泡作用对赤泥抗剪强度指标、含水量、密度、渗透系数等物理力学参数的影响并初步进行了影响机理的讨论,引入等效内摩擦角的概念分析了赤泥受水浸泡后的抗剪强度变化特征。研究得出了碱的相态变化和碱的含量对赤泥物理力学性质的影响等一些新的观点并提出了进一步研究的内容和方向。 Three types of consolidated dry stockpiling red mud in 3 test yards located at the north of No.3 red mud disposal field of Guizhou Branch of China Aluminum Industry Company were prepared for carrying out submerging test. In testing process,spot sampling and laboratory test of the red mud after test and before submerging test were done to obtain the main physical and mechanical parameters such as shear strength indexes,water content,density,saturation degree,permeability coefficient etc. Based on results from test above,we analyzed changing characteristic of physical and mechanical parameters of red mud such as shear strength indexes,water content,density,permeability coefficient caused by water immersion effect,discussed the mechanism of affecting those change preliminarily,and introduced the concept of equivalent internal friction angle to analyze the changing features of shear strength of red mud submerged. Finally,some new viewpoints of the alkali content and the change of alkali phase in red mud influencing on the physical and mechanical properties of red mud and been have some conclusion proposed some themes of further research.
