油气场站隔离防护动火作业三场耦合数值模拟研究

摘要 隔离防护系统是油气场所进行动火维修作业的一种重要隔离防护手段,针对该系统排除作业过程产生的可燃性气体和焊接作业所产生焊烟的能力进行了大量工况数值模拟,分析了其可燃性气体、焊烟和温度分布规律,总结了各因素对系统通风性能的影响,得到了不同工况条件下的可燃性气体允许泄漏量、系统供风量、允许工作温度与工作时间等动火作业参数。结果表明,采用隔离防护系统进行动火作业能有效排除作业产生的可燃气体、焊烟与余热,保证作业人员的安全与健康。 The protective isolation system of oil and gas workplace operation is an important means of isolated protection to operate the oil and gas maintenance of workplace. For the ability of the system to exclude combustible gas and welding smoke in the hot work, a large number of conditions were simulated. Its combustible gas, welding smoke and temperature distribution were analyzed, the impact of various factors on the performance of the ventilation system were summarized, these parameters such as the allowing leakage of combustible gas, the system for the amount of wind, temperature and operating time allowed to work were gotten. The results showed, isolation protection system using hot work operations can exclude combustible gas produced, welding smoke and heat, and ensure the safety and health of the workers.
