摘要
以四棱豆为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl对四棱豆种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:四棱豆种子的萌发能够抵抗低浓度NaCl(0.2%)以下的盐胁迫,对四棱豆种子的影响较小,随着NaCl浓度的增大,种子萌发率呈下降趋势,并达到显著水平。四棱豆幼苗的株高、根长、幼苗地上部和地下部自然含水率、在NaCl浓度(0.2%)以下的盐胁迫影响不明显,之后随着NaCl浓度的增加均不同程度呈下降趋势。研究结果为四棱豆在盐碱地的开发利用提供了参考。
taking Psophocarpus tetragonolobus as materials, the effects of different concentrations of NaC1 on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of Psophocarpus tetragonolobus was studied. The results showed that: seed germination of Psophocarpus tetragonolobus can resist salt stress at the NaCl concentration below 20 g/L, which causes little impact to Psophocarpus tetragonolobus seed. As the increase of NaCl concentration, the germination rate decreased, and reached the significant level. The plant height, root length and water content of seedling were affected indistinctly by the salt stress below 0.2 % NaCl, but they showed decrease trends in different degrees as the increase of NaCl concentration. The research provides a reference for the development and utilization of Psophocarpus tetragonolobus in saline-alkali soil.
