探讨糖化血红蛋白和血清胱抑素C在诊治2型糖尿病中的应用价值

Discussion on application value of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum cystatin C in type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosis and treatment

目的：通过对糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）和血清胱抑素C（Cys-c）的研究,探讨其检测在诊断2型糖尿病中的应用价值,为临床治疗提供有力依据.方法：选择2013年1月-12月份在我院诊断为2型糖尿病的患者60例设为研究对象,并在他们治疗前后分别测定糖化血红蛋白和血清胱抑素C的浓度水平,对结果进行对比分析,观察治疗效果.结果：所有纳入对象在整个药物治疗过程中,在控制了基线水平的混杂后,通过分析数据可见,糖化血红蛋白和血清胱抑素C的浓度水平在治疗后具有有显著性下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗后的不良反应率没有显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论：糖化血红蛋白和血清胱抑素C都是反映糖尿病早期肾损伤的良好指标,对疾病的诊断和疗效观察具有一定的参考价值.

Objective ： To explore the clinical significance of Gly by Glycosylated hemoglobin Alc and Cystatin C testing in the type 2 diabetes melitus and which could provide a strong basis for clinical treatment. Methods ： Choosing 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes melitus for the study group and testing the Glycosylated hemoglobin Alc and Cystatin C before and after treatment, analyze the results comprehensively.Results ： Controlled of the baseline was found through the whole course of treatment, there were significant difference of the Glycosylated hemoglobin Alc and Cystatin C before and after treatment in the group（P〈0.05）; and there was no significant difference of the safety parameters in the groups （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusions ： There are all the good indexes of the HbAlc and Cys-c for the early renal damage of diabetes, and there are a certain reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
