摘要 利用高速刮擦试验机模拟压气机叶片与封严涂层的刮擦行为,研究了NiAl-BN封严涂层与TC4钛合金模拟叶片体系在线速度30m/s到150m/s范围内的磨损行为。结果表明:涂层的磨损,较低线速度下为涂层剥落和叶片向涂层转移机制,高速下转移层发生剥落;较低线速度时,叶片的磨损为犁削机制,随线速度升高转变为犁削和塑性变形机制。 The rubbing behavior between compressor's blade tip and seal coating was simulated through a high speed rubbing test rig. The wear behavior of Ti6A14V blade vs. NiA1-BN seal coating under linear speed varying from 30 m/s to 150 m/s was studied. The results reveal that the coating spalls and the blade material transfers to the coating at lower linear speed. The blade material transfer layer flakes at high speed. The wear of the blade is plough at lower speed and with the increase of the linear speed, it changes to plough and plastic deformation.
