^(131)I-chTNT诱导淋巴瘤Raji细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨131I-chTNT对淋巴瘤细胞的抑制作用,为淋巴瘤的临床治疗提供新策略。方法体外培养人淋巴瘤细胞Raji细胞系,应用131I-chTNT、131I以及生理盐水处理淋巴瘤Raji细胞,FCM技术检测细胞凋亡的变化。结果 131I-chTNT治疗组与131I治疗组和空白对照组相比,FCM显示凋亡率明显增高。结论 131I-chTNT可诱导淋巴瘤细胞凋亡、抑制淋巴瘤细胞增殖。 Objective To explore the effect on apoptosis of ^131 I-chTNT in human lymphoma Raji cells,trying to provide a new treatment strategy for Non-Hodgkins lymphoma.Methods Human lymphoma Raji cells were cultured and were divided into 3 groups,given ^131 I-chTNT,^131 I and saline,respectively.Cells were collected and measured by flow cytometry with PI staining.Results The apoptosis rates of ^131 I-chTNT,^131 I and saline group were 13.61%,1.62% and 1%,respectively.The apoptosis rate of ^131 I-chTN group is higher than other groups (P 〈0.05).Conclusion ^131 I-chT-NT can induct Raji cells’apoptosis,and can also inhibit Raji cells’proliferation.
