保留导丝技术应用于室间隔缺损封堵治疗的研究

摘要 目的:探讨保留导丝技术应用于膜部室间隔缺损(VSD)介入治疗的可行性及安全性。方法:5例先心病膜部瘤形室间隔缺损的患者行室间隔缺损(VSD)的保留导丝技术介入治疗,术前所有病例经胸超声心动图初次筛选,左室造影最终筛选确定。术中所有病例均使用经胸超声心动图及左心室造影,观察封堵即刻效果,术后随访1年,行胸超声心动图、心电图检查观察疗效。结果:5例封堵手术成功,即刻手术成功率100%,封堵伞位置良好,无房室传导阻滞、无异常分流。结论:保留导丝技术应用于膜部室间隔缺损(VSD)介入治疗成功率高,安全可靠,同时减少患者的治疗费用。 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and safety of transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defects( VSD) with retained guidewire. Method: Thanscatheter closure with retained guidewire was attempted in 5 patients with pseudoaneurysm ventricular septal. Initial screening all cases with TTE, to identified cases with left ventricular angiography eventually. During surgery in all cases using transthoracic ultrasound heartbeat graph and left ventricular angiography were used to assess effect of closure after the procedure. One year postoperatively, patients were regularly ultrasonic heartbeat graph and electrocardiogram observation after transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect effect. Results: 5 cases of plugging operation successful, immediate operation success rate of 100%, transcatheter closure position is good, no atrioventricular block, no abnormal shunt. Conclusion: A retained guidewire technique applied in membranous ventricular septal defect ( VSD ) in interventional therapy of high success rate, safety and reliability, while reducing the costs of treating patients.
