摘要 针对光伏电池通用仿真模型复杂、难懂等问题,基于Matlab/simulink提出一种对光伏电池中几个重要参数进行模块化处理的新型仿真模型,该模型简单、明了且可以清晰的得到不同温度和光照强度对光伏电池参数的影响。并结合新型的MPPT跟踪方法,通过判断dU×dP的符号,系统在外界环境变化时,只需经过2个判断即可准确得到系统工作位置,快速跟踪到最大功率点。最后在Matlab/simulink环境下仿真验证本模型不仅可以准确还原光伏电池的I-U特性曲线,通过与新型跟踪方法结合,明显缩短了系统的跟踪时间,减弱了系统在最大功率点的振荡现象。 Aiming at the problems of complex and difficult general simulation model for photovoltaic cell,a new simu-lation model with some important simulating parameters being optimized has been proposed based on the Matlab/simu-link modular processing in this paper,which is simple,clear and can obtain the influence of different temperature and light intensity on photovoltaic cell parameters. Combining with the new MPPT tracking method and based on the judg-ment of dU × dP,the accurate system working position will be obtained only by tow judgements when the external en-vironment changes,which will achieve the fast track to the maximum power point. Finally Matlab/simulink based sim-ulation can not only realize accurate revivification of the photovoltaic cells I-U characteristic curve,but also signifi-cant shorten the time of tracking system through the combination with new tracking methods,so as to weaken the oscil-lation phenomena of the system in the maximum power point.
