心肺复苏后低温治疗新进展
摘要
心脏骤停后的低温治疗已经成为复苏后的最重要治疗措施之一，而其最佳的治疗开始时机、持续时间、低温治疗的方法等仍在不断研究中。2010美国AHA心肺复苏指南明确推荐心脏骤停自主循环恢复（ROSC）后仍昏迷的患者使用治疗性低温即12—24h内维持中心体温32—34℃，但最近已有研究显示33—34℃的低温治疗可能对患者更加有益。
