摘要
研究了评估移动网络数据业务服务质量的方法,分析了构建移动网络服务质量评估方法的可行性。通过核心网与无线网的关联分析,将核心网支撑系统计算出的单用户、单业务、单文件的实际速率与无线小区相关联,以无线小区为单位,统计每个小区内速率低的用户比例,从而得出网络的服务质量。通过这个方法,可以从业务感知的角度,协助无线定位问题,制定优化方案,从而提高用户感知。
It studies the methods on evaluating the quality of mobile data service, analyzes the feasibility of building methods on evaluat-ing the service quality of mobile network. Through the correlation analysis of the core network and wireless network, to calcu-late the single user business speed, the proposed methods use a wireless cellas a unit to calculate the proportion of users ex-periencing low data rate each cell, to work out the quality of mobile network service. With the proposed methods, it can make optimization solution from the aspects of service perception to improve user experiencing.
