基于不同应用场景的软切换比例算法研究

摘要 软切换是码分多址通信系统的特有属性,但目前没有统一的对软切换程度的评价。文章从用户状态、业务量和资源占用3个角度给出了软切换比例的定义,并通过案例分析了不同定义软切换比例的指标差异和表示的不同含义,最后结合现有网络规划和优化工作,给出了不同定义软切换比例在用户移动行为、小区覆盖有效性、小区业务承载依赖性以及网络资源规划方面的应用方法。 Soft handover is a specific attribute of the CDMA communication system, but there is no unified evaluation of degree of soft handover. It gives the different definitions of soft handover ratio from user state, volume of business and resource usage. It an-alyzes the index difference and said different meanings of different definitions of soft handoff ratio through the cases. Final y combining with the existing network planning and optimization work, it gives the application method of the different soft hand-off ratio definition in the user mobile behaviour, cellcoverage effectiveness, cellbusiness dependency, and network resource planning.
