摘要
对于低压成套开关设备,由于其型号规格、使用条件、基本结构的不同,以及母线的材质、外形尺寸、安装方式等的不同,都影响到母线的选择。合理选择母线截面积,在确保低压成套开关设备的安全性能、使用寿命的前提下,降低设备投资。介绍了影响低压成套开关设备母线选择的主要因素,及母线选择的常用方法、国家标准对于母线的规定、施耐德和ABB成套开关设备对于母线截面积的要求,分析常用方法的存在问题,提出电气工程设计中母线截面积选择的建议。
For low-voltage switchgear assemblies, different model specification, working conditions and basic structure, as wel as differ-ent material, dimensions and instal ation of busbar, affects the selection of busbar. On the premise of ensuring safety perfor-mance and utilization life of assemblies, the investment wil be reduced by reasonable selection of busbar cross-sectional area. It introduces the main factors affecting the selection of busbar of low-voltage switchgear assemblies, describes the common method of busbar selection, national standard requirements for busbar, and Schneider and ABB requirements for busbar cross-sectional area of the switchgear assemblies. It analyses the problems on the common method of busbar selection. Final y it presents the recommended methods on busbar selection in electric engineering design.
