连江流域“1308”暴雨洪水分析

Analysis of “1308” Storm Flood in Lianjiang River Basin

连江是北江的一级支流,2013年8月15日至17日,受强台风"尤特"持续降雨和西南季风的共同影响,连江流域发生了特大暴雨洪水,暴雨中心主要集中在连州市、连南县、阳山县交界地区和阳山县与英德市交界地区,其中位于连南县的金坑站录得最大24 h雨量为273.5 mm。这场暴雨致使连江干流发生了超100年一遇的特大洪水,流域把口水文站高道站洪峰流量为9 160 m3/s,对沿线居民造成了巨大财产损失。

Lianjiang River Basin is a tributary of Beijiang River Basin , being influenced of the continuous rain of typhoon UTOR and southwest monsoon , from 15 August to 17 August, 2013.Liangjiang Heavy rain and flood broke out on River Basin , storm centre mainly concentrated in the edge of Lianzhou county , Liannan county and Yangshan county and the edge of Yangshan county and Yingde county.The maximum rainfall in 24 hours is 273.5 mm in Jinkeng rainfall station in Liannan County .In the storm, flood occurred in Lianjiang River Basin over 100 years in the main stream , the peak flow of Gaodao hydrology station is the Lianjiang Riv-er Basin control station is 9160 m3/s, and a great loss of property caused to the residents by the river .
