EGFR与黏附分子家族间交叉信号通路在肿瘤发生中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 表皮生长因子受体( EGFR)是原癌基因C-erb2(HER1)的表达产物,与肿瘤细胞增殖、肿瘤血管生成、侵袭及转移有关。黏附分子是介导细胞与细胞间或细胞与基质间相互接触、结合的一类分子,包括整合素家族、钙黏蛋白家族、免疫球蛋白超家族及选择素家族等。黏附分子以配体与受体相结合的形式,通过参与细胞的信号转导参与肿瘤生长、分化、浸润、转移等病理过程。研究发现,EGFR与黏附分子家族间存在交叉信号转导通路,与肿瘤侵袭与转移有关。现对EGFR与黏附分子家族交叉信号通路在肿瘤发生中的作用综述如下,为进一步的深入研究奠定基础。
