Fe_2O_3-Co_3O_4催化剂对刚果红的室温高效催化降解 被引量:2

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe2O3-Co3O4磁性复合催化剂,并用XRD、EDS等方法进行了表征.以偶氮染料刚果红模拟废水为目标降解物,考察了该催化剂在催化湿式过氧化氢氧化工艺(CWPO)中的催化活性.结果表明,对于10mg·L-1的刚果红模拟染料废水,在常温常压条件下,当催化剂30%Fe2O3-70%Co3O4和氧化剂H2O2的投加量分别为0.08g和0.02mol·L-1时,处理40min的降解率和COD去除率分别可达98%和93.7%,表明该催化剂在CWPO工艺中具有较高的催化活性.另外,该催化剂具有一定的磁性,可利用磁场从反应体系中分离,以达到回收再利用. The magnetic Fe2O3-Co3O4 catalysts are prepared by sol-gel method. The XRD and EDS techniques are performed to characterize the catalysts. The catalytic activity of the prepared catalyst is investigated by catalytic wet peroxide of oxidation(CWPO), and azo dye Congo red is selected as a model pollutant. The results show that with the amount of 0.08 g 30%Fe2O3-70%Co3O4 catalyst and 0.02 mol-L 1 H2O2 after reacting 40 minutes at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the 98% degradation percentage and 93.7% COD removal efficiency of 10 mg L 1 Congo red solution can be attained, the used catalyst has excellent catalytic activity. More importantly, 30 % Fe2O3-70%Co3 04 catalyst with magnetic property can be separated from the solution in magnetic field after reaction and then can be reused in successive runs.
