摘要
应用正交试验设计的方法,对高速走丝电火花线切割加工中的峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉间比等工艺条件进行了试验优化设计,以机床加工速度和零件表面粗糙度为目标进行电参数优化。针对这两个指标性质不同,分别对其进行量纲一化处理,使其均转为望大特性;考虑这两指标的不同重要性,运用加权平均法将问题转化成单目标问题以实现电参数优化。结果表明:该优化方法是可行的,加工参数中的峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉间比最优取值分别为24 A、12μs和3。
By using the method of orthogonal test design,the technology terms such as,peak value current,pulse width and intra-pulse ratio in machining of WEDM of high speed running wire were optimized and designed experimentally. The electrical parameters were optimized by taking the machining speed of machine and surface roughness of parts as the goal. Aimed at these two indicators were different in nature,the dimensionless processing was done for them respectively to make both of them transferred to larger-the-better characteristic. In considering the different importance of these two indicators,the weighted mean method was used to transform the problem into a single objective problem so as to realize the optimization of electrical parameters. The results show that this method is feasible. The optimal values of machining parameters such as peak current,pulse width and intra-pulse ratio are 24 A,12 μs and 3 respectively.
