静压气浮轴承承载能力的计算机仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 对于气浮轴承承载力求解方法,学术界通常采用有限元单元法或有限差分法对建立起来的可压缩Reynolds方程求解。但是可压缩Reynolds方程的边界的条件不易获得,求解非常繁琐、工作量大,且求解精度不高。为此,应用计算流体动力学分析软件FLUENT对气浮轴承进行建模和数值仿真,使求解过程得到了简化,而且精度也得到了改善。此方法可缩短气浮轴承商品化的周期。 As to the solution method of load capacity of air bearing,Finite Element Method(FEM) or Finite Differential Method(FDM) are used usualy in the academic domain to solve the established compressible Reynolds equation. But the condition of boundary of the compressible Reynolds equation was not easy to find,the solution was very fussy and the amount of work was large. Even the precision of the solution was not high. Therefor,by using Computational Fluid Dynamic( CFD) analysis software FLUENT,the air bearing was modelded and simuylated numerically. The solution process is not only simplified,but also the precision is improved. This method will lessen the period of commercialization of air bearing.
