钛矿酸解反应性能的试验研究

摘要 在精细化操作条件下,以X矿为衡量标准,南澳矿、越细矿或其混配矿均能得到良好的酸解,且所得钛液的过滤分离性能均能满足装置要求。絮凝剂的浓度和用量是关键性参数。对南澳矿与越细矿,或其混配矿(8∶2-6∶4),当预混酸质量浓度为95%-98%、反应酸质量浓度为85%-90%时,85℃以下开始引发主反应。缓慢供热,在控制最终料温低于205℃的情况下,可取得良好效果。依据所确定的评价体系,可对不同钛矿或其混配矿的酸解性能和钛液过滤分离性能作出评价,并对装置生产的技术参数确定提供指导意见。 Under refined operation conditions, taking X ore as the measuring standard, south-Australia ore, Vietnam fine particle ore and their mixed-ores could be well dissolved and the filtration and separation of titanium liquors could be accomplished with current device. Also, the concentration and quantity of flocculant were key parameters. For south-Australia ore, Vietnam fine particle ore and the mixed ores(the mass ratio was 8∶2-6∶4), the main reaction would happen when the temperature was below 85 ℃, the concentration of pre-mixed acid was 95%-98% and the concentration of the reaction acid was 85%-90%. Good results were obtained under a slow heat-supply system when the final reactant temperature was controlled below 205 ℃. According to the determined evaluation system, we could evaluate the acidolysis properties of different titanium ores and the mixed ores, assess the filtration and separation performances of the titanium liquors, besides, proffer guide suggestions for ascertaining technical parameters of manufacturing.
