摘要
利用Gleeble-3500试验机对低碳硅锰TRIP钢的高温热塑性进行研究,获得了试验钢的热塑性与温度的关系.通过绘制抗拉强度、断面收缩率与温度的关系曲线,得到了其低塑性温度区,即在0.01 s^-1应变速率下710 ~950℃温度区间为第Ⅲ脆性区,试验钢的最佳开轧温度为900 ~1 100℃,从而为实际生产提供参考.
The hot ductility of TRIP steel was investigated at a Gleeble-3500 testing machine.The relation between the hot ductility and temperature was obtained.By plotting the curve of the tensile strength,section shrinkage and temperature,the brittle zone was measured,which was caused by the precipitation of ferrite along the prior austenite grain boundary at the temperature of 710 ~950 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01 s^-1.This temperature range was known as the third brittle zone.Best rolling temperature of the steel was found as 900 ~ 1 100 ℃,which provided a reference for the actual production.
