摘要
研究了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在不同冷却速率下的凝固组织,测量统计了其二次枝晶臂间距,并回归拟合得到二次枝晶间距与冷却速率的关系λ2=334.9V-0.34。据此,可以根据二次枝晶臂间距推算大型铸锭中不同部位的冷却速率,有利于认识和控制大型铸件的凝固过程。
The as-cast structure of the low pressure rotor steel 30Cr2Ni4MoV achieved in different solidification cooling rates was studied,and the secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) was measured,the quantitative relationship between SDAS and solidification cooling rate of the steel was obtained by regressive analysis.According to this relationship,the cooling rate in different parts of large ingot was calculated with the size of the secondary dendrite arm spacing.It was of importance to the structure controlling during producing process.
