摘要
通过现场测试韶钢三炼钢7号卧式钢包烘烤器和一炼钢4号立式钢包烘烤器运行情况,研究了蓄热式钢包烘烤器的烘烤能力、烘烤温度均匀性、空气预热温度、燃烧性能及污染物排放等特性。测试结果表明:韶钢蓄热式钢包烘烤装置的烘烤温度能达到1100℃以上,煤气利用效率约为30%,烟气中NOx排放浓度为64×10-6。
The working situation of No.7 horizontal ladle roaster and No.4 vertical ladle roaster in No.3 and No.1 steelmaking works respectively was tested .Though the test , studied some characteris-tics of the regenerative ladle roaster , such as the heating capacity , the temperature uniformity , the temperature of preheating air , the performance of combustion and composition of exhaust gas , etc.The test results show that ladle heat temperature reached above 1100℃, efficiency of gas utilization up to 30%, NOx emissions as low as 64 ×10 -6.
