摘要 介绍珠海粤裕丰钢铁公司棒线轧钢厂粗中轧棒、线孔型共用的工艺特点、孔型设计等相关参数,并分析了孔型共用所带来的效益.通过近三年的实践证明,该技术在降低备件成本、降低备件资金积压、提高产品质量、减少劳动量、提高生产效率等方面,均取得显著效果. The paper introduces the common process features, and parameters of pass design for the roughing mills for bars and wires at Zhnhai Yueyufeng Steel, and analyzes the benefits brought by the common pass. Through nearly three years of practice, it has proved that after the successful development of this technology, which can reduce the cost of spare parts, reduce the backlog of funds, improve product quality, reduce labor and improve the production efficiency, etc. , achieved significant effect.
