总结了永钢2座1 080 m3高炉开炉快速恢复并迅速达产的经验,通过开炉前的充分准备,制定合理的开炉方案,准确选择各种操作参数等,2座高炉均取得了开炉成功,尤其在在第二次开炉中,开炉第18天就达到了3.04t/m3·d的利用系数,386 kg/t的焦比和130 kg/t的煤比.
The essay introduces the main operation experiences on startup, rapid restoration and realization of target output in 1 080 m3 blast furnace of Yonggang Co. Ltd, by means of sufficient preparation before startup, rational startup plan, prop- erly selected operation data, and strengthening blowing- in management. As a result, two BFs were blown in successfully, especially in the second blowing - in operation, the productivity of 3.04 t/m3 · d, coke rate of 386 kg/t and coal rate of 130 kg/t were achieved on the eighteenth day after startup.
