摘要
目的优选祛斑颗粒醇提工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以酪氨酸酶抑制率和出膏率为考察指标,综合两个指标的结果确定最佳工艺。结果因素A对实验结果有显著性的影响,最佳提取工艺为用10倍量90%乙醇提取1次,提取1.5h。结论该醇提工艺合理可行。
OBJECTIVE To establish the optimal alcohol extraction technology of freckle particles. METHODS Using L9（ 34） orthogonal experiment design,taking tyrosinase inhibition rate and ratio of extraction as indices,results of the two indices were combined to determine the best technology. RESULTS Factor A had significant influence on the experimental results,the best ethanol extraction technology was 10 times 90% ethanol. Extraction once for 1. 5h. CONCLUSION The alcohol extraction process is reasonable and practicable.
