摘要 左氧氟沙星作为经典的第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药,抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强,疗效确切,不良反应少,在临床上应用广泛。本文综述了左氧氟沙星的合成方法,并对各种方法进行比较分析,总结出各自的优缺点。 Levofloxacin is the typical 3rd-generation quinolone antimicrobial agent. It is widely used in clinical practice due to its broad spectrum of activity, high antibacterial activity and less side effect. This article outlined several synthetic routes of levofloxacin and reviewd the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
