白细胞介素-4及其受体的研究现状 被引量:9

摘要 白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)是域型辅助T细胞(Th2细胞)分泌的细胞因子。人类白细胞介素-4受体(interleukin-4 receptor,IL-4R)属于红细胞生成素受体超家族成员,与IL-4特异性结合后发挥其生物学功能,现已发现有可溶性IL-4R(Solu-bleinterleukin-4 receptor,sIL-4R)及膜型IL-4R (murine interleukin-4 receptor,mIL-4R),两者与IL-4的结合时的亲和力相同。其中sIL-4R可作为IL-4的保护性载体,并且具有调节IL-4生物学活性的功目前,临床上将IL-4及其受体作为免疫调节剂,在检测和防治哮喘、类风湿性关节炎和肿瘤等相关疾病的效果已经日渐显著。笔者以IL-4及IL-4R对有关文献进行查阅、整理和归纳。现将介绍IL-4及其受体研究现状如下。
